The Renew is a deeply restorative facial ritual designed to bring you back to yourself. This is our signature ritual and a great place to start if you are unsure what to book.
We begin with my signature opening breath and warm oil cleanse, creating space to slow down and arrive fully in your body. From there, you'll experience my signature somatic massage — intentional, rhythmic touch designed to soften tension and invite your nervous system into a deeper state of rest.
Your ritual is then customized with two of the following:
Lymphatic drainage + facial cupping
Neck + shoulder massage
Mini scalp melt
LED light therapy
Customized enzyme peel

During this session, I channel Reiki energy to help release blocks and stagnant energy within your body, promoting a sense of balance and harmony. As we connect, I may receive intuitive guidance to identify areas where you may be feeling stuck, offering insights on how to move through these obstacles. This Ritual is a sacred journey towards self-discovery and renewal, allowing you to emerge lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your true, authentic self.
